Outsourcing Simplified 2.0 is here! It’s a great training on how to outsource a major part of your online business. Ben Clemons, its creator, practices what he preaches by outsourcing most of his software development and content creation to VA’s in the Philippines.

In this training, he teaches you exactly how to get started, drops some knowledge bombs from the trenches, and also offers you several great resources to help you outsource parts of your online business.

The Outsourcing Course

The training consists of 16 video modules that go over everything from finding, hiring, training, tracking, and paying your outsourcee. Ben gives really useful advice on how to hire either a freelancer or a virtual assistant.

I have a lot of experience hiring freelancers, but I’ve never hired a VA so this part of the training taught me a few things I didn’t know. Here is an image from one of the modules.

It’s clear Ben made a few mistakes while hiring outsourees in the past and he teaches you how to avoid those same mistakes in this training. He also shares several gold nuggets that only someone who has been in the trenches would know.

After watching the module where he specifically teaches how to hire a Philippines virtual assistant to work 40 hours per month for $300 (plus incentivized bonuses), it’s clear he has and still uses freelancers and virtual assistants to complete his projects.

Other Goodies and Bonuses

Aside from the 16 video modules, this product also contains an eBook, audio MP3s of the training, some sales page graphics, and hiring/job write-up templates. The eBook and MP3s contain the same information that is in the video modules, so you can choose to learn by reading, listening, or watching.

The sales graphics included as a bonus are kind of a disappointment. About 90% of them are very simple looking and almost half of them are dated. For example, the Add to Cart buttons, Bonus Buttons, and Bonus Animations all look like they are from the late 1990s. Ugh!

But among the dated graphics, I did find some nice images of hundred dollar bills that are pretty amazing. While I wouldn’t use most of these graphics on any of my sites, this bonus doesn’t take anything away from the outsourcing training.

The second bonus offered is the hiring and job write-up templates. These templates give you a great starting point for hiring your first freelancer or VA. You can use them to build on and then make up your own in the future.

Final Verdict: Outsourcing Simplified Teaches You How to Outsource Projects While Avoiding Common Mistakes

Although aimed at newbies to outsourcing, Outsourcing Simplified covers a lot of ground and gives a lot of useful advice on every aspect of outsourcing. It also offers a lot of resources and gives great tips on finding the most talented freelancers and VA’s. The training also teaches you how to avoid bad hires, project delays and paying too much for a project. The price of this training is only $10! For that price, I definitely recommend this product!
